Polyphonic Ringtones To receive a Polyphonic Ringtone your handset must have WAP enabled. Click here for more information on WAP. 1. When you receive the SMS containing the WAP address for your Polyphonic Ringtone simply enter the address into your WAP browser on your handset and then connect. 2. Once connected select "Download Tone" and your polyphonic ringtone will be downloaded. You will be prompted to save it to your phone, please make sure you SAVE the Polyphonic Ringtone to your phone. To activate your Polyphonic Ringtone select the "Profiles" menu and then the profile you want to change, select "Customize" or "Personalise" and then "Ringtone". Make sure the profile you activate your new Polyphonic Ringtone on is the current profile on your phone. Having problems? 1. Ensure the WAP address you received is correctly entered into your phone, and that all the letters are in lowercase (not UPPERCASE). If you still cannot retrieve your order, contact support by revisiting the sales site and selecting the 'Contact Us' option in the menu, and quote your order reference code. 2. You cannot download the above link in your web browser, you will only be able to receive your new Polyphonic Ringtone by connecting to the WAP address using the WAP browser on your handset. 3. Please note that the url containing your tone can only be used once. If it is necessary for us to resend your order, ensure you look for and select the 'Clear cache' option in your phone before you try accessing the address above again (turning your phone off then on again should also clear the cache). If you are still unsure how to save and then select your new Ringtone on your handset then please refer to your handset's user manual. |
